Reboot

Ask yourself: “What else is possible that I haven’t already considered?”

For the mind to reboot you need to allow it to accept all things.

All thoughts, all feelings associated with all thoughts, all images, accepted.

It may be difficult because of all of the issues (emotions) associated with all your thoughts

(it may help to reference the buddha/christ attitude of acceptance)

(It may also help to lean into the feelings and sensations at your own pace)

It is important to not come to any negative conclusion regarding these images and associated thoughts.

Treat it as Data.

Data that needs to be Processed.

Processed and seen.

If successful (remember to breathe and freely acknowledge) the mind will settle and reboot.

At that point the mind will become what it was intended: an instrument.

A tool for you to focus on anything, with all the power and ability to unravel anything.
