The tension at the nexus of existence

There was too much world.

There is beauty, always beauty. But with too much world we miss it. Perhaps this is why it happened. To put a pause in the world, so we could see the beauty again.

For this reason the crisis will continue until we change our behaviors. Leaning into the things we are supposed to be doing in the first place.

For the truth is we could no longer ignore, that which we could no longer ignore:

The human crisis that had been building all around us,

but also the beauty in the heart of all things.

Pause with the world, slow it down, make it simpler, and maybe in this way make it less tense than it has to be.
